I ordered 3 shirts. Received an email over 2 weeks ago stating the product had shipped... however when looking at the tracking information the product was never provided to USPS.
I have emailed the company on a couple different occasions to get an update, but have never gotten a response. When you look through the website, I have been unsuccessful in finding a phone number to contact anyone... so they make it extremely difficult to contact them to get any sort of update.
So basically we were charged for product, never received it, and can't get a response from the company as to why. I was super excited about the shirts. I bought a couple of them for my son as xmas presents - was fired up to give them to him as he's a huge Cubs fan.
I know COVID has slowed some things down, and that is understandable. However, the lack of communication or means to communicate is really unacceptable. Overall, have had a very poor experience.
My son loved the shirt and the quality was very good
