Disappointing. . . . . . .

"First off, I LOVE Obvious Shirts. Unfortunately, I've been incredibly disappointed in the customer service. We purchased four of the Fireworks "I was there" shirts. One of the shirts had a tear in the seam under the armpit. I've submitted an inquiry via the website and followed up with an email and photos and still have not received a single response from Obvious Shirts. Incredibly disappointing and I don't know that I will continue to buy shirts from them."
