Great follow up to 'make it right’. My order was initially lost, but instead of just issuing an apology, Joe REFUNDED my entire order, and the shirts JUST showed up at my door this afternoon AT NO CHARGE, oh yah & with an extra thrown in to boot! That my friends is how you do it! Too many times a company takes the world by storm, & in the process forget about the customer, not Joe!! I’ll be spreading the OBVIOUS love nation wide…thanks!
